Question about Computers & Internet
You will see error blink codes usually at the caps lock and num lock keys on keyboard. Go to google and look for blink codes on hp laptops. This should give you an idea of whats wrong. I am currently working on a dv7 which has the same problem but get constant single blinks. I tried replacing the processor which didn't work. I am going to get a new motherboard for this thing cause apparently what I have read is that they get too hot and fry after 2 years. After you get it fixed re up your warranty and keep the inside fan and heat sync clear of debris. Also try keeping cooling fan under the laptop and do not run it constantly with no breaks. Otherwise go get yourself a different brand like Sony, Fujitsu, or mac. These are long lasting brands.
