Since you have not specified which Lock you are taking about i am providing you for all codes to unblock.
Security code :
Please don't try more than 3 times. If you try more than 3 times your phone will get locked and you have to flash the software of your phone to get it.The security code cannot be given by anyone easily. It is internationally a big crime to give security. The security code is usually used to prevent others from stealing the phone or prevent persons from lost cell phone. The security code is based on the IEMI
no of your phone.Only the service provider of your phone can give the security code. Please call the service provider of your mobile. And ask him to provide the security code.He will ask you some basic details like name, date of birth for his verification. And he will provide you the security code.Or please contact your mobile retailer that is your mobile manufacturer serivce center and ask him to provide the code.He will verify on whose name the mobile is bought, and provide you the code. This is done for free of cost
PUK code and PIN Code:
Please dont try more than 3 times. If you try more than 3 times the Sim will get locked. And it will ask for PIN code. Both these PUK and PIN code can be given only by the network service provider. Please call the network service provider of your mobile. And ask him to provide the PUK code or PIN code.He will ask you some basic details like name, date of birth for his verification. And he will provide you the PUK and PIN code. This is done for free of cost.
If your mobile is a CDMA mobile you can flash it else if it is not a CDMA mobile you have to get it from the service provider.
For CDMA and for non-CDMA the steps are totally different.
For CDMA:If your mobile is CDMA you have to flash you mobile,to get it working.Flashing is a process by which you erase the software of your phone and install new firmware so all the details get erased,so the code and all the details in the phone will be erased.Flashing is a risky,You have to follow predefined steps very carefully.
The steps for flashing any mobile is given in the below link as a video please follow it correctly.
Note:If the flashing stop inbetween at any point during the process, the phone is waste, you can't use it more.If you feel you have some hand's on you can do it.else please got the nearest service center and ask him do it.It will cost very less and may vary according to the phone.
If your phone is Non-CDMA you are quite lucky.you can get it from your service provider.Call the service provider and ask him to provide the unlock code for your mobile and tell him the reason you forgot the code.He will ask some basic questions like your name and whose name the mobile is bought. This is done for free of cost don't pay money for this.
