What you desperately need is an Anti Virus software. There are many AV software that are teeming up the market place. The software that are known to be standards in the Anti virus industry are McAfe, Norton, Symentec, Bit Defender, Kaspersy, NOD32 etc. but if you want something as good as these but free than Download it from the following link
AVG Antivirus Free Edition

http://free.avg.com/ww-en/homepage

After you install it Make sure you Update it. It updates itself automatically also. Make sure it does for future also.

Good Luck!

Export the data from excel to tally

  1. make a sale entry in tally
  2. Export the voucher from tally in xml format (this is to give u how the xml looks)
  3. Open the excel file where all the data is ther.
  4. open a word file, so that we can prepare the xml for mutiple vouchers. For this we will use Mail Merge facility
  5. in the XML which we did in step two, copy the data from "<TALLYMESSAGE xmlns:UDF="TallyUDF">" till the </TALLYMESSAGE>
  6. Now open the word file, go to mail merger, select the fields which needs to be changed, that is the Debtors and the amount (for normal sale entries) which should change for every sale voucher.
  7. create the mail merge.
  8. copy the data what you got in word file to a note pad and name it as sample.
  9. open again the step 2 - copy data from " <ENVELOPE> to <REQUESTDATA>" and paste in the begining of the notepad sample
  10. go the end of the notepad sample and copy the data from first file -"step 2" from " </REQUESTDATA> to </ENVELOPE>" and save the file
  11. Open tally
  12. go to import vocuhers
  13. specify the path of the notepad sample and yes ur data got imported.

In microsoft excel sheet how do we copy zodiac signs written in front of employee from one sheet to another by writing a formulae in the blank space eg 1 amit scorpio 2 divik saggitarius 2 tisha...

When the cell is in a different sheet in the same file use:
=sheet-name!cell-name as in =Sheet1!A1

If the cell you want is in a different sheet in a different file use:
=[file-name]sheet-name!cell-name

as in: ='[sample excel 2.xls]Sheet1'!$A$1

The easiest way to do it is in the blank cell, type an equals sign "=" then go to the cell you want to copy, then press enter. All the correct formatting will be handled for you. (Sometimes you need quotes when you have spaces in the filenames and or sheet names.)

Excel work sheets delete, pls how is it restore

Easiest way would be to use the Undo function to work your way back to the point prior to deleting the worksheets. If you can't back up through the list that far, you could close the file WITHOUT SAVING IT, then reopen the original file again. If you have already saved the document after deleting the worksheets, you will have to restore it from a backup (you do perform backups, right?) and continue working fro there.

Weird Excel problem creates oversized files

You have already find the solution by copying its contents to some other file. There can be a possibility that some virus has attached itself to the said file. Use a good anti virus and update is regularly.Another possibility is that you might have many of the rows or colums which you may have not noticed.

Consolidate few sheets under 1 excel

What version of Excel are you working with. Newer versions allow you to have multiple spreadsheets grouped together into what is called a, "Workbook." To view the sheets separately, you simply click on the tabs at the bottom of the workbook. The easiest way I know of to join spreadsheets together into a single workbook is to open all of them at the same time, then choose, "View / Arrange All," and they'll be small, but you can grab each one by its tab and drag it to the workbook you want them in. Then you save the workbook (give it a new name like, "Accounting Roll-UP," or, "Consolidated Books," or whatever best describes it) making sure to close all the (now empty) spreadsheets without saving your changes to them (or else you'll lose your 'back-up' data). Voila! You open one file, and all your spreadsheets are available with the click of a mouse.
