Your fan could be faulty or the frost is building up due to failure of the auto defrost. If the fan stops working by itselt , then you must replace the fan .whereas if the fan works but stops due to frost then the speed of th fan must be checked or the auto timer must be checked for failure. You will need to trace the connections of the wores to the heaters, to the thermostat and to the timers for break bue to frost building and wearing out the wires. Get help if you are not able to do this but keep these suggestions in mind so that we concur. get estimate before you get the work done for a consenses. Hope you try this out. Good day
