Question about Dell Inspiron E1505 Notebook
I am experiencing a problem with a roxio media manager install. It keeps trying to locate file. I cannot get it to stop or delete as I do not use this particular program. It also prevents a shut down I have to do a hard shut down.
If you go to start menu and run, type in msconfig.
Go to the startup tab and uncheck the items you don't want loading up - roxwatch9.exe is one (whether or not there's a separate entry for media manager I can't recall).
Reboot, tell the nag screen please go away and don't bother me again.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
