Question about Broan-NuTone QTXN110HL Combination Light Fan Exhaust Fan
I would think that the thermal protection fuse may have blown, this is a common event on these units. Either that or the actual Element has gone open circuit. Another common thing.
If you are able to use a multimeter it shouldn't be too hard to troubleshoot and repair your unit, it is a simple continuity problem, check, thermal fuse, if it has one, and check the element, also sometimes the Thermostat faults, this too will only then give Cold Air.providing you can get parts.
it is always my professional opinion, that one should get all things serviced by a professional, get your unit looked at by a qualified person, and ask for a "Quote" before starting any repairs, this way you can make an informed decision as to repair or replace.
