Do not try the towel trick, it is only temporery and you could fry your xbox, reset your firmware afterwards by pressing and holding the xbox button until it boots up
That means your xbox is overheating... You can call Microsoft and aske them about it or if you're out of warranty you can fix it yourself by replacing the xclamps
