AOC 24G2U all buttons only control the input since this week, can't access the settings menu and the screen will start to switch input by itself?

If the buttons on your AOC 24G2U monitor are no longer functioning as expected, and you can only control the input/source selection, it indicates a possible issue with the monitor's control panel or the firmware. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
  1. Power Cycle: Turn off the monitor and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 1-2 minutes, then plug it back in and power it on again. This can help reset the monitor's internal settings and may restore the functionality of the buttons.
  2. Button Combination Reset: Some monitors have a button combination or sequence that can reset the settings to their factory defaults. Consult the user manual for your AOC 24G2U monitor or visit the manufacturer's website to find the specific button combination for resetting the monitor's settings. Follow the instructions carefully to perform the reset.
  3. Firmware Update: Check if there is a firmware update available for your monitor model. Visit the AOC website or contact their customer support to inquire about firmware updates. Updating the monitor's firmware can sometimes resolve issues with the control panel and restore full functionality to the buttons.
  4. Physical Inspection: Inspect the buttons on the control panel for any signs of physical damage or debris. Sometimes, dirt or debris can interfere with the proper functioning of the buttons. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently clean the buttons and the surrounding area.
  5. Contact AOC Support: If the issue persists after attempting the above steps, it's recommended to contact AOC customer support for further assistance. They can provide specific troubleshooting steps or arrange for repair or replacement if necessary.
Please note that the steps provided are general guidelines and the exact steps or options may vary depending on your specific AOC 24G2U monitor model. Always refer to the user manual or contact the manufacturer's customer support for model-specific instructions.

Aoc monitor shows error message while connecting with i ball tv tuner

What resolution is the AOC monitor capable of using?
What is default resolution of the device you are connecting?
If the default is 1080P and the monitor is not 1080P capable then that would be your problem. You could attach to another monitor or HDTV and possibly turn down the resolution then try again.

AOC monitor black screen how do I fix it?

I have a couple AOC i2353ph monitors. One day, one of them booted up with a single vertical white line moving slowly back and forth across the screen that kind of looked like a scan or radar. Once I reset the monitor from the OSD it went way. Use "Extra > Reset" from the monitor menu.

Input Not Support

This means, that your operating system is not set to the recommended resolution of your monitor. Your monitor has a "fixed" resolution where the image will look best. You can change the solution in Windows XP if you right-click on a free space of your desktop, then choose "Properties". In the new window, that comes up, select the rightmost tab. There you can use the slider to adjust your resolution. Just try some different resolutions until the message disappears. If you use Windows Vista oder Windows 7 you can access the resolution windows by right-cliking on your desktop and selecting "Screen resolution".

I am getting a INPUT NOT SUPPORT message for my 917sw AOC lcd monitor. It does work on safe mode I am using windows vista, but when I come back to normal mode, I see the same message again... HELP!!!

The resolution selected in normal mode is not supported by your monitor.
Instead of booting into safe mode, boot into VGA mode - this should allow you to change the resolution - change it to one that works and then you should be able to use normal mode.
Hope this helps, Sherwin

INPUT NOT SUPPORTED

Start your Windows in Safe Mode (pressing F8) during boot process and adjust your Display Settings to a lower resolution.... say 1024 x 768. Once fixed, you can play around again increasing the resolution a notch at a time. Fix ya!
