Question about HP Pavilion dv9730us Notebook
If your problem occurs when you open the cover (screen) more than 90 degrees, the problem is at the cable that connects the screen with the mainboard. In order to locate this cable you have to disassemble the laptop. It's not very easy to do that, you need patience and some technical knowledge. I have to tell you also that this problem will be increased as the time goes by. If you're about to disassemble it, I will try to locate the directions for that for you.
In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply.
If you are satisfied, accept my solution.
Thanks and regards
