You need to access the Router to obtain the Password. Open a browser then type 192.168.1.254. It will ask you for a Password. You will see the password at the bottom of your router theres a sticker there and look for the system password. Then after you access the router you need to o to Home Network, Then click on Wireless Settin you will be able to see there the Network key you can also personalize it as well

I was allowed at first to play games on my ipod touch, but now i am not able to, the internet on my ipod touch needs a password and i didn't need one before

Are you saying that when you attempt to play a game, it tries to use the Internet, which then prompts you for a password?

Either someone configured your WiFi network to require a password (ask your friends/family), or you're attempting to connect to someone else's WiFi network that requires a password (tsk tsk).

Or, if you're talking about the screen lock code (4 digit password when you turn on your iPod), and you don't know the code, you'll need to restore your iPod. Connect it to your computer, run iTunes, select your iPod on the left side, then click the "Restore" button.

8gb ipod touch will not connect to internet when i have a full wi

Hi there,

You shouldn't need to change the Address or DNS.

On your wireless router, make sure of your Firewall settings (if there is any form of blocking) and it's security settings (eg, network name, password and security type etc). Once you are sure of it's settings, on the iPod go to Settings, then Wifi. In there turn off then on wifi. Allow it to scan then if it comes up with your network, select it then type in the password when requested and tap Join. If it doesn't show you need to enter it manually. To do this tap on Other then type in the Network name. It should now request a password (if one is set) and you are then connected indicated by the wifi logo in the status bar.

For more info refer to your ipod touch manual pages 90-91.

All the best.
