Question about Saitek Pro Flight Yoke System Flight Simulator
I believe that the usb port power is limited to one port and a second usb port is straining the system.
If that is the case, a larger power supply in the computer will fix it. You don't want to try to combine them to one usb as the controls most likely map to the same parts of the usb. Also, a powered usb hub will fix the problem, and those are easier to install most of the time than a power supply.
