I am being asked for my bt Yahoo Account details

Violet,
Try accessing your mail with your mail settings on a different device, to make sure the account is not hacked.
Keep track of all your accounts, passwords and return addresses you connect to your accounts, so the provider can send you an email, when you have any trouble with one of your accounts.

Bt internet mail login

BT had 2 different accounts---BT Yahoo Mail and BT Mail
They are being merged to just BT Mail. You Have more
Than likely been removed. Suggest you set up your own account
with Yahoo or Google and reconstruct your contact list.
That way when you change service providers keep your own E-Mail account. Don't use the service providers account.

Btinternet. now want to charge for my emails

In case your bt yahoo account is tide up to their corporate e-mail good chance that they might hold it. Your best option is to export all the mails that you need to keep and your address book.

Open a g-mail if you don't have one, they have a good size for FREE.

Once you sign up, forward all the mails and all your contacts to that new e-mail account.

Make sure you read their TOS (Terms of Service) to make sure that they can't hold anything against you.

Hope this helps,

J-inno
