go to a repairer and ask if the arabic flash language is availalble for ur phone and if it s maybe u ll lost all ur data after this operation .. and if not u have no choice but to learn english . i dont think arabic is available . in my country we have no solution for that
go to start, click control pannel, select language and inputs, then click region and language, click administrative tab and then click "Change system locale". Previosly it is set to emirates or arabic, change it to english (US) or some other country. Apply and return back, RESTART, it will be setup to english

reset the phone.. master reset.. on start up, it will ask a long message with "ACCEPT" and "REJECT" as choices. In that if u click "REJECT", it will install the interface in English. If you choose "ACCEPT", it will install in Arabic. --Vidya, India--
