I just purchased this drive and I don't know how to install it. I hooked it up okay but when I click on Registration nothing happens. What do I do? The print is so small on the brochure I cannot read it.

okay I "might" have found the solution, so mount the hellfire.iso like you do in usual, create a folder "HELLFIRE" in your desktop, put the files in your virtual drive into HELLFIRE folder, click the hellfire.exe found in HELLFIRE folder, it should work. (atleast it did for me)

ø Put ShredIt in a convenient place by putting a shortcut on the desktop, by the Recycle Bin.To put an alias to ShredIt X on the desktop, follow these steps:

Select the ShredIt application.
On the "C" Drive, navigate to the program file you want to make a shortcut for by doing the following:
From Start-> Click on "My Computer"
-> Click on "C" Drive
-> Click on "Program Files"
-> Click on "ShredIt" Folder
-> Click on the ShredIt Iconby single-clicking the ShredIt Icon.

(Ensure that you select the ShredIt application, not the entire folder. (The application is called "ShredIt, ShredIt for Windows" and has a shredder icon. The folder is called "ShredItPC", has a folder icon and contains the application, the demo application and the documentation.)

From the File menu, select Create Shortcut.Drag the "Shortcut to ShredIt" to a convenient place. Most users put it on the desktop, above the Recycle Bin.

click on my computer then you will see the disc in drive d/e yes put the mouse on it and right click the mouse 1, this will open a plane scroll down and click explore open it and look for the install application then double click it.... this should work

right click on the drive , format it and it should work, if this not solves your problem go to the shop and use your warranty, it may be broken.

Those drives tend to have a fault w/ non standard DVDs/Blu-Ray Discs

try going to device manager, right click the drive, properties, 3 or 4th tab, roll back driver

how many wattage had your computer? you need to upgrade your power supply.you need also to check your bios setup on usb port

in order to install your game, simply download the game from the website and click on "enter your registration key" at the bottom right! Enter the correct email and registration key and you're all set!
