Question: Why won't my StreetPilot i-series device acquire satellites?
Same happened to me - try --> Answer: If your StreetPilot i-series unit is having a hard time acquiring satellites we would recommend ensuring that it currently has the most recent version of unit software and then performing a master reset. In order to update your unit to the current version of software you will need to use the Garmin WebUpdater.
