Go To Click on manual input Image then M# IMTL31504.
Check the end caps to see if one of them is cracked before adjusting the belt. The crease cannot be straighten and 9 of 10 times it can be a hazard when walking so if you proceed using it in this condition BE CAREFUL!!!

How do I get the belt unstuck from the right side?

You will need to loosen up the right side one revolution, then run the belt at .5 revolution. Watch the belt then retighten the right side slowly until the belt stays in the center. Once its running in the center for at least 1 min without moving over more to right you can stop tightening.

This could be because the belt on the motor that turns the belt you walk on is worn out. it has grooves on this belt that must be prominant to stay in the groves on the front roller and motor. The motor belt can be ordered for about 20$ shipped on ebay the motor belt number is 118016 this is a universal belt and fits this treadmil. Before buying the replacement belt check to see if this is for sure your problem. you can tell by opening the front of your treadmill and looking at the belt. You will see worn spots on the motor belt, or as I noticed when mine went bad, it will look like someone threw a bunch of rubber eracer shavings in your treadmill.

Treadmill front roller has a rubber sleever that keep moving

That front roller's rubber sleeve by all rights should not be moving any which way. This mean the roller will have to be replaced call iconfitness @1-888-999-3756 and order a new up-graded front roller .

How can you tighten the walking belt on a Image 15.R treadmill. Im pretty sure that its the belt you walk on that is slipping and not the one under the hood but I could be wrong. Any advice?

If you can stop the belt. You need to be aware that the drive belt can also cause this problem so I suggest that you remove the motor shroud and when you are adjusting whether the front roller is moving and the running belt has stopped (adjust back rollers) or the roller has stopped and motor is rotating ( adjust Drive Belt)

The treadmill belt keeps sliding to the right no matter how i align and tighten it. It had been working fine and all of a sudden it keeps sliding

It seems like the same problem I'm having I took it apart to replace the motor belt because it had gone bad but when I went to put it back together I can't get the front roller to go 100% streight the front roller is held in place by a bolt and the angle of the roller is adjustable with this bolt, but I can't get the roller streight to tighten the bolt in it so that it will hold out far enough to not let the belt slip. If you can get the front roller further up on that bolt the belt will stop slipping to the right.
