Water is leaking through the satelite receiver on the roof of my 2005 Dodge Caravan. I was able to remove the overhead console but the screw that I thought was holding the receiver on is tight but the receiver is still loose to the touch and I see a gap underneath it. What do you suggest?

You might have to deconstruct a portion of your car's inner roof in order to remove that dvd player. You just need to look for screws in different portions of the roof to get this started. A visit to a local mechanic would accelerate this process. Thank you.
You have to remove screws from any overhead console, remove sun visors,handles & such to pull down the headliner to get at & hook up the drain hose that came off
The rear ac evaporator box is not draining very well,and it is blowing the condensation up threw the vents,most likely.The drain should be under the rear passengers side wheel well.
The spring may be broken or you have poor contact.
Open up the sunglasses holder and there might be a screw holding it in
place there. There is also another screw underneath the main body, just
unsnap the cover plate to access it.
The entire console slide back away from the windshield about 1/2" once the screws are removed, then drops away. Flip over and inspect.
common problem with these roof racks check for loose bolts holding it on also there are inserts pressed into your roof under the roof rack these threaded insrts tend to come loose or get pulled out use silocone sealant around every bolt and insert.
