Question about HP Pavilion dv4000 Notebook
The battery is located on the back side of the laptop near the LCD. It is a complete case which is attached to the main body through hooks. If you want to take it out, simply invert your laptop, move the plastic lever with a battery sign on it sideways so as to hide the battery sign and the battery will automatically come out.
Next is the processor fan, well you need to totally uncover the laptop and you can see the fan. But, it is advisable to not to touch the fan unnecessarily unless you are an expert in computer hardware. Still you can try if you love to do something adventureous.
Waiting to here from you, what happens. Nothing to worry. Everything will be fine. Just take care, not to touch that processor.
