Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
HP Officejet 6500 E709n doesn't show an image of page 1 on the Fax log report that prints following a fax transmission even though this note appears on the report:
''Image on Fax Send Report is set to On.
An image of Page 1 will appear here for faxes that are sent as Scan and Fax.''
The rest of the page is blank. Feature had been turned off but I turned it on, resulting in the above note that appears on the report. I tried resending a couple times in case the feature didn't activate right away, but result was the same.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

No, this message only reports that your sent report which should be saved in the memory is set to Off.. which means you'll not be able to see the sent report after they are sent. This will not affect your fax. Suppose if you want to print out the Fax report, you need to set this feature On, otherwise you'll not be able to view or print the sent fax reports.
You can set this On from the Fax settings, press the Settings button on the printer, locate "Fax" and go to Fax Report and set the Fax Report to On.. use the arrow buttons on the machine to navigate through the menus and submenus.
If you need further help, let me know.
Thanks for using FixYa.
