I HOOKED IT UP MYSELF...I HAVE SOUND BUT NO DVD PIC....WHERE DO I RUN THE WIRE....FROM THE BRAIN ...THAT BRAKE WIRE???? I DUNNO WHAT 2 DO????

Do you have the manual, on a kenwood i think the brake wire is green, this wire is usually quite long, long enuff to go from head unit to your handbrake. You need to connect this wire to the vehicle chassis( ground). This may sort you out. You would normally have a message saying parking brake not applied. Do you get a display when listening to radio or cd????
