You may have to switch modes. try to find something in the settings file that says usb mode, or such. if you do, switch it from mtp to msc. if that doesnt work, install a new mtp device using add hardware wizard

How do you convert video to amv

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer. Many MP3 players have restrictions on the type of files that you can play on them. Most mp3 players have support for wmv, and wav file formats but some programs or download sites supply files to you in other formats such as AAC, RA, or MPEG formats. Your best bet is to use a service that converts the files to MP3 format. Such as Zamzar, or just search Google for convert XXX to mp3

I don't know how to download songs onto my MP3 Player. :(

The majority of mp3 players should come with a cable which connects it to your computer/laptop.

1.Once the MP3 player is plugged into you laptop, you can either use a application like Realplayer, or you can go to My Computer/Removable Disk (depends where you plug it into(Note: The name of the removable disk drive may be called something like the brand or model name of your MP3 player). Once you have opened up the Removable Disk drive, there should be a file for Audio. copy the Music file into that file.

2.With Realplayer go to http://www.realplayer.com.au/ to download it, and then install it and all of that stuff. Once installed, open it up and connect your MP3 player to your computer. Once connected, Realplayer should register that it is there and open it up. If not use step 1.

If you want to use music off of your CDs Download an CD audio to MP3 converter (search for one on google). Then convert your Cds and copy onto your MP3 player.

Hope it help

Matsui MAT 140 MR wont turn on

If you can check the rechargeable batteries try that. If you plug it into a wall socket with the adapter and nothing happens you might have other major problems. Just a little education: when you buy something especially from other countries alway check it before leaving to make sure it works. Unless there is a company that you can send the warranty unit to you may be out of luck. Sorry.

Try to reformat it. If that is not your solution then reflash your firmware from the small CD you recieved with your MP3 Player. If you don't have that software you will find it at the following link:

http://www2.evilshare.com/358645f6-1bfe-102a-847b-00a0c993e9d6

Download it and open the the " programs " (There is only one) Once you'e in that folder.... double click on this folder "stupdaterapp.exe" Just simply follow the instructions and you should be fixed.
