Question about Canon imageRUNNER 2000 Copier
first: did you set correct paper size and type for bypass insertion?
Second: Clean roller!!
Remove drum cover, its a cover left sideway, with grey handle in middle. You can remove it by pulling it into left side.
Remove bypass tray, it is holded by two plastic hinges. You must remove them from its holders.
Now you are able to see the bypass roller. Its in the midlle and has plastic axis from both sides.
Clean it with alcohol, and dry it.
Try now, run few copies from bypass.
If that doesnt helps you you need to check bypass clutch, wich is located left of the bypass tray, covered with plastic cover, wich covers section from bypass to up to the fixing unit.
To remove bypass clutch you also must remove back cover.
But if you must do these write me on firstname.lastname@example.org, or call service, because the clutch must be putten into specific position.
Hope that helped!
