Question about Panasonic Office Equipment & Supplies
The scanner worked fine until I updated my version of Adobe Reader to Adobe Reader 9. Now when I scan a document to my computer, the normal ''Scanned Document Was Received'' window appears, but when I click display, it says, ''Application was not able to be started.''
I am still able to send a print job to the DP-8020E and it prints normally.
Two other computers in this office are also networked with the DP-8020E and both of them can receive scans.
Try uninstalling printer driver then reinstalling it if this doesn't work then contact adobe support see if they have a patch for this problem
