There are 1 of 2 places it goes, either on the red handle for the dump bed to help pinch the bed down, or under the shifter handle to help keep pressure off of the reverse switch

Fairly simple replacement. Either on line or at your local appliance parts store, order a new one. Instructions for removing broken one and installing new one may be packaged with new spring...or will be described by parts store people.

The wire holding the front gasket in place has come off

to install the wire ,, make sure the gasket is seated in the grove, then starting from the topfeed the wire over the gasket ( SPRING ON THE WIRE GOES ON THE BOTTOM) it is alittle hard to do you really need 3 or more hands,, just make sure the wire seats good,, do not use anything sharp to try to pull or strech the wire you will damage the gasket just pull with your hands as you go around it

The self-closing valve on our 13 year old ST60 speed transducer now only closes sometimes when the blank or impellor sensor is removed. We suspect that a spring is missing. We need a raymarine spare part...

Spring not available must buy housing and replace or if it is sleeved, buy housing and slide in new sleeve there are two different types, one has a removable sleeve with flapper
A long shot would be Raymarine tech support 800-539-5539
I can sell you the part 847-746-0100 technicalmarine.com

2002 tahoe breaks lock up during driving

i would check front and rear brakes if rears are drum brakes i would inspect springs and hardware making sure everthing is conected and in place also make sure they are adjusted properly in the front and if rear disc i would make sure to grease caliper slides these allow caliper to move and its important that all moving brake parts are free push caliper pistons in alittle to see if they are sized or not booster is ok and most of the time when master goes it will leak where it meets booster and you will have a low brake pedal or no brakes

The drive cable to my craftsman 6.75 rms lawn mower has come off

Get the right cable. Some Sears kits come with two cables. You may need one with the spring if you are wondering where to attach the cable and you do not see any hookups. At the end of the cable, there is retainer that goes in the metal non-moving belt-keeper. The rest of the cable and spring at the end goes under the 90 degrees straight down to the little tab on the leaver that is part of the transmission. Spring needs to be attached to that tab, You must clean the grass to be able to see it. It’s tiny whole and hard to see. When you pull the cable, you are just lifting the whole transmission up and increasing the tension on the V-belt. That’s how it works. The spring must go in that tab with no obstruction under the perfect angle. ( If it’s tipped to one side, just take spring out and put it back on another side of the leaver. On my model the right way is to insert the spring from inside out when you face the mower.). This may sound confusing, but it’s not that complicated when you see that little tab at the end. If your cable broke, it’s possible that you lost the spring and your cable ends where you see that retainer on the belt keeper. If that’s the case you just need cable with the spring and in my case that was part number 400292 (comes with two different cables and one has a spring on it).
I hope this helps. I could not find any instructions on this and part from Sears comes with no instruction. Warning: The drive cable is fragile and can break. Make sure you do not bend it!
