    Well, I guess your printer is Kodak Esp 9 All-In-One Printer. To clear the paper jam, please follow the steps below:


    1. Turn Off the Printer.


    2. If there's any paper in the trays (Front tray or Top tray), remove them. Now open the Rear Access Door (the door at the rear).


    3. Now pull out the paper slowly from the rollers so that it'll not tear apart.


    4. If it's already torn or broken, remove them slowly and make sure there's no pieces left.


    5. Now turn On the printer after closing the rear access door.




    If the error message persists, pull up the scanning unit and check for any in the Adf (automatic document feeder/Top input tray). You'll need to check the passage carefully so that no torn pieces of paper is stuck on the roller or passage.




    Again turn off the printer and turn it On. Check whether everything is fine or not.




    If the problem persists, remove all the cartridges, turn off the printer, Unplug all the cables including the power cord and leave it Off for few minutes. When you are sure everything is cooled, reconnect the power cord (not the usb cable) and Turn on the machine while you press Cancel Button several times, you'll see the cartridge missing error, let the error displays for few minutes, now install the cartridges and turn off the printer. Reconnect the usb cable and check whether the problem is cleared or not.

A paper jam on my canon ip4800 caused the print to be misaligned. now the edges are not straight. help!

I am using Canon Pixma MP145. Paper gets jammed every time i want to print. Paper gets pulled in only from right side and it gets jammed, but printer does't show any error. I have to pull the paper...
