This normally happens when clothes are not put in all the way and catch on the boot or the unit is off balance alot causing alot of stress and leaving bigger openings for things to get caught in.

Check gasket for rips or damage. Replace if necessary.
Clean gasket after every use. Wipe with a bleachy rag. Use only HE detergent in small amounts.Dog hair, etc can get stuck in the gasket causing a small leak. Oversudsing can also cause leaks.

We discovered that our front door inner gasket is torn. Therefore, it's leaking during every load out of the door. I will be ordering the part but concerned that I won't be able to replace it. Do you...

If you've not done this before, expect to spend a lot of time. I've replaced these without disassembling the washer's front, but it's an arm-twisting experience to put the inner part of the gasket on, and to attach and tighten the clamp holding it. Haven't tried removing the front panel, if you can, do it - the job becomes much easier.

PS Check shocks and if the washer is leveled enough, door gaskets tear from excessive loads and excessive vibration.

Water leaking in front of washer mainly from what seems to be the gasket around front of washer.

Either the rubber boot is damaged in some way, or the door is not locking tight enough. Thoroughly inspect the boot for tears or gouges in the rubber surface. Small imperfections can be repaired with silicon glue, but larger tears will require replacement of the boot--which can be done done through the door opening, but requires patience to do so. Inspect the door lock for damage or wear if the boot looks to be in good condition.

make sure that no sharp objects are on the clothes and lift out of the machine instead of pulling out of the machine when the load is done, there have been no issues of any kind on door gasket failures due to product design or part failure to date
