Question about Dishwashers
Hi, with dishwashers, there are two methods that allow the dispenser door to open. 1)With the electronic type, at a certain time in the program, a solonoid will be given the electrical signal to open up the dispenser door. Whereas 2) on various other types.the dispenser door will open on a thermal signal. This signal will only take place if the rotors top and bottom are turning properly. So, remove the top and bottom rotors and carefully clean them so none of the holes are blocked in any way.(If they are equalibrium is not reached and the rotor/s will not turn and will then not disperse hot water onto the dispenser) which in turn will not allow the door to open. Please note, your heater must be in operation for this to work.
