Question about Audio Players & Recorders
try to disconnect the battery of your mp3 player see if it will work,
try also to do a hard reset on your player. maybe this will help.
i am not sure if you got the model correctly, however, as what i have said. this will work with all types of players which have freezing problems.
you may want to check the firmware for this also because there may be some updates.
try holding the power button down for about 15 seconds. that is the hard reset for some other players
some players also has hard reset by holding all the buttons. try this too.
if ever my solution has helped you solve your problem.
dont forget to rate.
