Question about HP Scanjet G3010 Flatbed Scanner
My HP Scanjet G3010 scanner suddenly stopped being recognized by my computer (Mac running OSX 10.4), which recommended I reinstall the scanner software. I've tried reinstalling it several times to no avail. This is the first time this has happened in the three years I've owned it. What should I do? Thanks!

Uninstall the software with scanner unplug from your MAC. Install the software with the scanner disconnected, then connect it b4 the first use of the software.

theres the driver but not sure about the utilities, try the driver and let me know how you get on

click on to start then go to run and in run type in devmgmt.msc ,it will open up device manager try to check under universal serial bus control that their is no red x or exclamation mark .as this universal serial bus acts as a communicating port between computer and scanner,if their any marks try to uinstall and reinstalling the serial bus controll
and after that it will definetly work
