Question about Nokia Classic 2700 Cell Phone
I'm using a nokia 2700 classic. My phone memory is 24 megabyte, there is a 2.9 GB file which I can't delete, move or rename. I've tried reseting the phone without success. My music player and browser are not working, when I try opening a media file there "not enough memory" pops up. Please help!!!
If you can not reformat the phone memory, and since that the music player and the browser are not working, the best solution that I could advise you to do is to upgrade the firmware of the phone.
However, you need to send the phone to the nearest Nokia Care Center, and have them upgrade the firmware for you. Because they know the version of firmware that would work best for your phone.
Firmware upgrade will erase all the contents of the phone, will make your application work correctly, and will reformat the built-in memory of the phone.
Thank you and good luck!
