I have a Tenma 72-6905 ps, set at 24vdc @ 1.5a, when a device is plugged into it for charging the volts drops to 10.1 @ .57a , what is happening? also i need a owners manual, where do i get it from?

whatever you are charging has very low voltage (eg. if you are charging a battery then battery voltage is 10.1V and will slowly charge to rated voltage (hopefully 24V)
it looks like your battery is stuffed though

Solex SX-10L guitar Amp. guitar was plugged into the headphone socket by mistake and it started to smoke. The 500ml amp fuse did not blow. can you help? I have replaced two resisters. 35v 2200uf and a 35v...

The passive components are smoking because there is a short in the drive. Hence you will need to do a voltage check to see the point of power drain and change the transistor or IC which had failed in this wrong switch over. You dont have to panic as you can do it with a little bit of patience and logic. trace the low continutiy of the voltage in this section and isolate. Please see that the polarity of the capacitors replaced is correct. Try to trace the cirrcuit near to the smoking and disconnect the stages close to it to confirm and identify the fault. Hope my advice helps. Good day

Yes, he means 2200 microfarret (called uf from here on out). Another important concern when buying a replacement is the voltage. You need to get something that is at least 25v. I recommend a 35v or better. Another notable point is that this may not always fix the problem. As with mine, there was also a 1200uf (microfarret) 35v capacitor that was blown. You can tell this because they bulge at the top. I have both of these caps (2200uf 35v and 1200uf 35v) on order and they will be here tomorrow. If I do not post back here then they fixed the issue for me. I suspect that this will resolve the problem. Look for bulges on top of the caps. This is an indication that they are blown. Most all of you experiancing these symptoms will see the 2200uf cap bulging but you may also see others bulging too. If you do then you need to replace those too. No electrolitic capacitor should be bulging at the top so if its bulging its bad, and if its bad then your tv will definitely not work. Have fun.
