On replacing a cartridges shows one of the new ones... (by 2 users)

Hi,

I have recently changed cartridges and for one of them it says near empty. Have tried what was there on the Brother website with no luck.

Also can't print any documents from the computer, when I use it as a photocopier dull prints are coming (with all colours)

Can someone please provide me a solution to this issue.

Same problem here Have replaced all c artridges with new ones and get the same message. Replace cartridge
