Not that i know of since a dryer pumps water especially if its vertical. Water is too heavy.
On horizontal it would dissipate the heat

This is a 8o% efficiency older what size flu/ piping recommended/ distance to chimney/side vent

The flu pipe size is usually the same as the flu opening on the furnace. The distance to the chimney is not necessarily that critical as long as it continues on an upward path all the way to the chimney. Within reason anyway....you wouldn't want to run it 30 feet by any means because the flu gasses would have a tendency to cool A LOT before exiting the structure and water would condense out of those gasses and cause excessive rusting and premature flu pipe failure.

Also 80% furnaces are not USUALLY vented with a side vent. Not that its not done, its just unusual in a residential application. It would NOT be my preference.

Dryer vent duct

The vent pipe codes are based on the fact that the blower in a typical gas dryer can only 'push' a certain volume of air through a certain sized duct for a certain number of feet. Reduced volume of airflow means higher temperatures thus higher risk of fire.
First option ... is your dryer anywhere near a side wall, which would allow you to shorten the total length of duct required to reach the outside to something less than the 14 ft code limit ?
Second option ... upsize the standard 4" dryer exhaust duct to 6" to compensate for the 30ft length
Either way, in the absence of an external forced draft booster fan ( a.k.a. 'power vent' fan ) you should be using metal exhaust duct not plastic.

06 Grand Cherokkee..intermitent brake problem. brakes come on without touching the brake pedal.all dash gauges stop working. bas light on.

Wow! That has to add excitement to your life! Start with this....

Sounds like a "WSS" (wheel speed sensor) problem. Each wheel has one. Located on the backside of each hub, between the brake disc and hub bearing. Check for loose connector first. Wire damage? Wiring touching exhaust pipes or rubbing wheel or tire? Look for mud or debris or damage to the sensor's or the rotating sensor ring. ( has a lot of "teeth") Try driving in reverse, in a straight line 25 to 30 feet, then drive forward twice that distance. If that does not clear the warning lamps most auto parts stores can hook into your computer (usually for free) and determine which sensor(s) have an issue. Replacing these sensors is common and simple. You may still need to get the code cleared to turn light off.

Can i extend the length of discharge pipe to 15 feet

No problem adding the extra hose as long as you don't cause the water path to be more work than the pump can furnish, i.e., don't let the hose's height exceed its original height.

Want to vent gas cooktop from top of ceiling cabinet down to basement and out chimmney. Distance is approximately 20 feet with four 90 degree angles. Suggestions? Thank you.

There are special fans that are used for this. Use the web to look up exhaust fans. Normally used for boilers, tumble dryers where the distance required to run is further than the fan supplied with the item can push it. The fan will need to be wired in so that the gas cannot be turned on until the fan is running. Pick the fan that best matches flue diameter, temp, and distance

Dryer heats and turns but no air out the exhaust it is not pluged though

Check the lint screen first. If no luck there, it's possible that the fan discharge itself at the bottom of the dryer is plugged or that there is a problem with the exhaust fan itself. You may have to remove the back of the dryer and check the discharge pipe from the fan back to the fan unit. Turn off the gas first before you pull the dryer out and unplug the dryer.
