Question about Xerox WorkCentre C2424DN All-In-One Laser Printer
Why is complicated to scan and save a copy on a file in my computer?
i use a usb to print and it's fine.. there is connection but then if I try to scan nothing happens!!!!
can you help me?
Have you tried going to Xerox.com, click on support, then enter the 2424, then support again, then type in scanning? There is a lot of info there.
You can also call 1-800-821-2797 and ask for second level support.
