In that case the problem is in either the LCD screen itself (this is unfixable - th monitor has to be used as i or junked) or in the image processor - the motherboard must be replaced. Finding one that is cheap enough will be difficult , and a brand new part might cost more than the monitor is worth.
My advice to you: use the monitor as is long enough to save the money for a new one.
