Question about Televison & Video
The red, white & Yellow cables (AV or RCA cables) are probably going from DVD RW Out to TV input. This will allow you to watch DVDs on TV, but will not allow you to get TV channels from TV built in receiver to DVD RW.
Using this configuration you will also be able to tune DVD RW channel only on the DVD built in tuner, and the DVD unit will not see the signal from TV.
To start if possible, I suggest to use a different connection for DVR out to TV. The red, white & Yellow cables do not allow High definition.
Use a different connection (possibly HDMI, at least component cables). Depending on the configuration you will need to connect DVR out to TV, and then to get TV out on DVR.
If this unit does not have HDMI leave analog output with RCA cable, connect the aerial cable directly to TV, and find a TV output to connect to an input connector on DVD back panel.
Here also the manual English (1,485K).
