Question about Zebra Z4Mplus Label Printer
An OPEN HEAD SENSOR PROBLEM show in the LCD display, what could cause this problem and where is this sensor located
The sensor(printhead and media sensor) from the print head is the metalic plate next to the black plastic(gap sensor) sensor unther the printhead on the left side.
try to push up the sensor, some times is hard but can be the solution.
