Question about Motorola Mobility V360 Cellular Phone
My phone works but the screen is broken (dark/black). Can anyone please be my seeing eye dog and walk me through the steps that would copy all my contacts to my sim card so I can then put that sim card in my old phone so that I can view all my contacts. This would be a huge help, thank you

First thing you should try is holding a bright flashlight to the screen when it is turned on, if you do this in a dark room it might allow you to see the screen, if not follow these steps.
1. open the phone book
2. Press up once
3. press menu
4. press down twice
5. press enter
6. press up once
7. press enter, wait a sec press enter again.
hopefully that will work

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
