Question about Sony VAIO Digital Studio PCV-RX860 (PCVRX860KIT1) PC Desktop
You can manually open the DVD drive by inserting a strsighten paper clip into a tiny hole just beleow the drive tray. Push the paper clip into this hole gently and the tray will pop out slightly, then grab the tray and pull it out until the tray is in the fully opened position.

Testimonial: "there is no hole on this desktop model to insert anything;that's the problem."
Some computers have a cover over the drive tray. It flips out of the way during normal operation. If you have this type of cover pull it away from the drive and see if you can access the emergency eject hole with a paperclip. If that fails, try removing the entire front panel of the desktop. (The hole is in line with the eject button below the tray on most drives.)
I hope this helps.
