Question about Pentair Minimax NT Heater
The red service light stays on and the heater light will not come on. I replaced the ignition control module and it still happens. Heater will not come on.
I have had minimax heater for four years now and have had to replace the circuit board 3 times and the temp control twice these things are junk. Will not buy another pentair.

Probably a bad circuit board. I have the same problem once the water gets above about 82 deg. I tried cleaning the filter and strainer, cleaning out the heat exchanger, replacing the temperature limit switches, bypassing the pressure switch, and cleaning the ashes off the burner, and none of these worked.
