No power from the UPS

I have 3 of these power supplies (99065) that do not have power going to the back up side. What is the problem and can I fix it? Power is going to the surge protection side.

Not really sure when they got them but it hasn't been a year yet, that I'm sure of.

I have the same problem.

you most likely have batteries in extreme discharge condition..how old are your ups units?
