Hi Raj, please describe the error details( paper jam, color lights, blinking, solid, toner is original /refilled ? Recently changed-opened the fuser or the drum ?
To reset the drum error for a Brother DCP 7010 printer:
Turn the printer on and leave it like that.
Open the front panel.
You should see on the screen a message : drum change. Press "yes".
After that, the LED that was flashing near the drum will stop alerting.
The flashing toner light indicates that the photoconductor kit needs to be replaced. Use this Lexmark Part# : 12A8302 to order. After replacing the drum cartridge counter will have to be reset, Use the following steps. 1. Open the front door (press button on left side). 2. Press and hold the cancel button (x button) until all the lights flash in order. 3. Then close the front cover. This will reset the drum counter to enable continued printing.
You have to reset the drum counter.
Leave the front cover open
Press and hold the "cancel" button until all the lights flash in sequence
Close the front cover
You should be good fro another 30 - 40 thousand copies.
