Question about Intuit QuickBooks Pro 2008: Windows
I am new to QuickBooks, and I really need help. Working without a manual is making it worse! I am trying to figure out to enter info properly so that I can see the actual profit when I look at an AR invoice. If I bill out an invoice for $500 for product I make, I want to know how I can link my labor costs, materials costs and other expenses to that invoice so I can see my profit by invoice. Where do I enter my labor? materials? How does this work? HELP!!!!!
Cost are posted when you make a check, enter a bill and or payroll. Look for the cient column on the right side. Whenever you record an expense it will go nto nthat client. Then you'll be able to print a profit and loss by client.
