Power button does not light up and no picture.

power button does not work on gateway monitor fpd2275w and no picture. But when I turn it on I do see the Gateway Logo.

This is Magaigh again. I called Gateway and they told me they will replace the monitor for a brand new one. They told me they could not fix it.
