Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Sometimes the smallest peice of paper over a sensor can make the printer think it has a jam in it.
My suggestion would be to remove all of the paper, remove the cartidges and check every place where the paper makes its travels through. You may be able to buy a can of compressed air to blow any loose pieces of paper you may have missed.
