Question about HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
There's a small locking mechanism that holds the carriage in it's home position. This needs to be slightly sprayed with WD-40 or a similar lubrication (small amount).
If this doesn't solve then follow this.
Open the door, unplug, let the print cartridge move all the way to the left. Check where the cartridges usually sit on the right side and check for any glob of INK (that could have been leaked from the cartridge).
