Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
Apple service guy told me to slide the lock switch back & forth several times quickly to "reboot". Problem solved for me. He said you can also reboot by holding the center button and the Menu button simultaneously.

My Ipod froze and the screen is black. It started to play fine and then just stopped responding. I can't turn it off, what do I do?

Did you try different charger?
try the following solutions:
1: Try charing through the USB cable which comes along the IPOD.
2: If you have direct electricity charger, try charging it. its easily available in the market.
If none of the above works, then possible the IPOD Battery has gone bad, try replacing it from a trusted source.
All the best!!
