Question about Maytag Dryers
This is normally a vent problem. Check the vent in back of the dryer
The dryer may be pushed against the vent ,Restricting the air flow.
If you live in an apartment they may have an attic vent system
that absolutely does not work especially if the vent goes up toward the attic. Also scrub the filter with dishwashing liquid, To remove any scale restriction. I have had customers tell me this alone
Saved them as much as 50.00 per month in Elect. And dryed the clothes much faster. Also check the Air volume out the back of dryer. If the blower is bad it will be restricted.
