Question about Belkin (F5D8231-4) Wireless Router (F5D82314)
I recently bought a belkin wireless n router and is hooked up to a desktop with windows XP and a cable modem. All of the lights show that everything is working fine. When i connect wirelessly with my laptop (windows vista) the connection is sustained for a maximum of 25 mins and then no connection. When i try to reconnect i am unable to although there are full bars on the connection. When i diagnose the problem the only thing that works is disconnecting everything and waiting for 60 secs and then reconnecting everything again. please help!
It is quite possible that your issue is due to the DHCP function of your router. I would check the DHCP settings and the lease time that is set. Its quite possible that the lease time is running out and its having difficulty renewing a new IP.

Do you have DHCP enabled on your PC? Sounds like you are not getting the IP address.
