By grill you mean the air outlet?
If the large line going to the compressor is ice cold and the coil is not sweating profusely the compressor may have become inefficient which is not repairable.

1. What is the BTU rating of the DWC-0520RLE 2. Where is the room temp sensor located

The style of keeping the model number changes co to co. But you can read from your unit BTU. 12,000 BTU is equa to 1 TR. The room temp should be located near by return air grill.

Model TR R 4411694 wont heat , fuse blown inside ?

there are severl things inside that can cause this trouble .. if the turn table is working and the lights and fan work then you could have a bad magnitron, diode, high voltage capacitor or transformer .. there is also a high temprature cut out that could have tripped .. usually that happens if the unit was run without a load inside or if the air flow was blocked by dust or being too close to something .. the controllers output triac could also be bad .. but none of these things can be serviced by most customers .. there is lethal voltage and currents inside the unit ... you can test the thermal switch (with power disconnected) but thats about all unless you have special skills .. there are shops that repair microwave ovens but unless its a really good one it might be cheeper to buy a new one ..new microwaves seem to be priced very low right now ..

Rinnai Energy Saver 302 convection gas heater has been located in old blocked off fireplace & keeps turning off as the fireplace gets too hot when the rest of the room is still cold. Can I move it...

Energysavers have fixed flue lengths, more likely your problem is the thermistor at the bottom left of the heater inside the grille getting a false temp reading. Look for yellow wire with a black bulb (like a drop of water). measure the air temp next to it while heater running, if its above room temp down there the heater will turn off early. It needs to be clean and have unobstructed air flow over it for it to work correctly.

Calculation of CFM discharge from an opening of a duct collar

There's a thumb rule in A/C air distribution. At 1 TR load, the air supply is about 400 CFM and the ideal diffuser size is 16" x 16" with an effective flow area of about 70%. Branch duct size for this outlet should be around 12" x 12".

Icemaker not working

Ok, check the temperature to make sure it is on the factory settings. if the temp is set below the factory settings, this will freeze the assembly, in return, not allowing the ice maker to initiate the ice makign procedure properly. if the temp is set to factory settings and the water lines and assembly isnt frozen, thsi will confirm a fualt within the inlet water valve assembly. you will need to replace the water valve assemb ly in this case.

Furnace burner turns off and on

The furnace is likely over heating and the high temp. safety is shutting it down. It then cools and starts again. Things to check: Filter, Blower wheel and indoor A/C coil. If any or all are dirty you are limiting air flow and need to clean them.
